Sathana Agro Products Follows A Transparent And Customer-Friendly Refund Policy To Ensure Complete Customer Satisfaction.

Refund Requests Will Be Considered Only In Cases Where The Customer Receives A Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Product. Customers Must Raise A Refund Request Within 2 Days Of Receiving The Product By Contacting Our Support Team Along With Valid Proof Such As Photos Or Videos.

Since Our Products Include Agro Powders, Charcoal, And Natural Products, Refunds Will Not Be Applicable For Issues Arising Due To Improper Storage, Mishandling, Or Usage After Delivery.

Once The Refund Request Is Received And Approved After Internal Verification, The Refund Amount Will Be Processed Within 1–2 Business Days. The Refunded Amount Will Be Credited To The Customer’s Original Mode Of Payment, Subject To Bank Processing Timelines.

In Cases Where Orders Are Cancelled By Sathana Agro Products Due To Stock Unavailability Or Logistical Issues, The Full Amount Paid For The Affected Product(S) Will Be Refunded.

Sathana Agro Products Reserves The Right To Reject Refund Requests If The Product Has Been Used, Altered, Or Damaged After Delivery.
